Once home to South Africa’s largest Ayrshire herd, the foundation of the Woolworths Ayrshire brand in 1988, the valley has evolved into a vibrant space that blends history, nature, and experience.

Surrounded by bushveld views and open landscapes, Hazeldean Valley offers a relaxed yet active environment, with opportunities for mountain biking, trail running, hiking, and unwinding in nature. The original 1940s farm buildings have been thoughtfully preserved, adding character and authenticity to the space.

Today, it is home to a growing community of attractions and experiences, including Hazeldean Valley Trails, Hazeldean Brewing Co Taproom, and Legends Paintball.
